mythirtydaychallenge3rdyear.com is For Sale on Flippa!
Jun 07

All right, folks, it’s official. I finally made my first $10 from one of my TDC blogs: Home Office Organization — 21st Century Style! I sold a copy of Thirty Minute Backlinks and earned $44.06. It took 10 long months but I finally made it.

My Invader Zim Episodes blog makes lots of sales, but I haven’t made $10 yet because Amazon.com pays such a small commission percentage, only 4% on most items and only up to 20% maximum on special promotions or on items that are very inexpensive, like TV show episode downloads. 20% of $2 is only 40 cents. I recently put up an eBay link to Invader Zim merchandise and made $5 the first week, but still not $10 until this week. I have high hopes that the eBay link will bring in a decent amount of money from that site.

My 30 Day Challenge is finally a success, just in time for the 2008 TDC.

Pre-season is on right now in case you were wondering when it starts. Head over to thirtydaychallenge.com and sign up. It’s free and the most valuable internet marketing education you’ll find without forking over thousands of dollars on a DVD course or attending a conference.

From Debt Free or Bust, April 10th:
“Oh, and my Invader Zim site is the most lucrative site I have. It actually makes money every month. I’ll be selling advertising sponsorships on my sites that have monthly traffic of 500 or more (Invader Zim is currently at over 2000 visitors per month and growing fast). Invader Zim is a cult show and I sell a lot of DVDs, Download episodes and merchandise from Amazon and eBay.”

    Which is it?

@smokedaddy: It’s both. What I mean in this post on my TDC blog is this is the first sale I’ve made using strictly TDC methods on a TDC niche site. I’ve made more than $10 total from my Invader Zim Episodes blog if I include the sum of all sales commissions and advertising revenue, but none of them was one sale for one commission of $10 or more. That’s the thirty day challenge. That’s all I meant by that post. I finally met the thirty day challenge.
